Current policy: no affiliate links

As of this writing, SimpleTools Daily does not use affiliate links, does not accept paid product placements, and does not publish sponsored posts. When a tool description or guide mentions a specific product, service, method, or external resource (for example, linking to an official IRS tax bracket table, or referencing a particular financial concept), it is because we judged it genuinely relevant to the explanation — not because of any commercial arrangement.

We call this out explicitly, rather than leaving it implied, because affiliate relationships are common on calculator and personal-finance sites, and we want visitors to know exactly where this site stands without having to guess.

If that ever changes

If we ever introduce affiliate links (for example, linking to a specific budgeting app or financial product in exchange for a referral fee), this page will be updated first, and any affiliate link on the site itself will be labeled as such at the point of use — not buried only in this disclosure page. The FTC's guidance on clear and conspicuous disclosure is the standard we would hold ourselves to.

How the site is actually funded

SimpleTools Daily is funded through Google AdSense display advertising. Ad units are served by Google's automated ad network based on the page content and, where the visitor has consented, their ad preferences. We do not choose which specific ads appear, we do not receive a commission tied to any particular product shown in an ad unit, and we do not endorse the advertisers whose ads happen to be served. Editorial independence

Tool selection, the formulas used, and the written explanations on this site are decided independently of any advertising relationship.
